About Rent Properties
We've been helping landlords and tenants since 2010. Our mission is simple: make renting easier, more transparent, and stress-free.
Our story
Designed for Property Owners and Tenants
Rent Properties began in Calgary in 2010, launched by someone frustrated with the stressful nature of managing investment properties. We have proudly served landlords and tenants for years and counting.
Starting with a handful of verified listings in the Calgary Area, we built a Property Management division affiliated with Grand Realty and Management Ltd., that put transparency and trust at the centre of every interaction. Today, we operate in Calgary and surrounding areas, with hundreds of verified listings and a team of dedicated property specialists. As a fully licensed Property Management division affiliated with Grand Realty and Management Ltd., we comply with all Alberta Real Estate governing bodies’ rules, regulations, and code of ethics and conduct. We are regulated by the RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta), are licensed, and remain current through ongoing industry-related training.
Whether you are a tenant or a property owner, we are here to assist you.

Transparency
Every listing is verified by our team. No hidden fees, no misleading photos, no surprises.
Tenant-first
We advocate for renters. Our platform is designed to give tenants the information and tools they need to make confident decisions.
